Methodology: In the qualitative phase, extracting the components affecting the resilience of the lean supply chain by using the categorical content analysis approach, reviewing past studies and using Maxqad software, and in the quantitative phase, the analyzes were done using the fuzzy DEMATEL technique. Conclusion: The analyzes from the qualitative phase of the study show that among the 16 finalized factors, the factor of rate and production schedule has the highest impact and is of great importance in the resilience of the lean supply chain. The market and customer factors have the highest influence and the least importance in the resilience of the lean supply chain. In fact, such factors are solved by solving other challenges within the model. In terms of the role in the system, the factor of comprehensive quality control was ranked first and has the greatest role in the resilience of the lean supply chain compared to other factors.</p> <p>هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین ناب است که با روش آمیخته کیفی- کمی انجام شده است. روش¬شناسی: در مرحله کیفی، استخراج مؤلفه¬های مؤثر بر تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین ناب با بکارگیری رویکرد تحلیل محتوای مقوله¬ای، مرور مطالعات گذشته و بکارگیری نرم افزار Maxqad و در بخش کمی، تجزیه و تحلیل¬ها به کمک تکنیک DEMATEL فازی صورت پذیرفت. یافته&zwnj;ها: حاصل فاز کیفی تحقیق، تعداد 16 مقوله اصلی در قالب عوامل مؤثر بر تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین ناب می¬باشد که این عوامل شانزده¬گانه وارد مرحله کیفی شدند. نتیجه&zwnj;¬گیری: تجزیه و تحلیل¬های حاصل از مرحله کیفی مطالعه نشان می¬دهد در بین 16 عامل نهایی شده، عامل نرخ و برنامه تولید دارای بالاترین تأثیر است و اهمیت بالایی در تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین ناب دارد. عامل بازار و مشتریان دارای بالاترین تأثیرپذیری و کمترین اهمیت در تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین ناب است. در واقع، این¬گونه عوامل با رفع سایر چالش¬های درون مدل، برطرف می¬شوند. از جنبه نقش در سیستم نیز عامل کنترل کیفیت جامع در رتبه نخست قرار گرفت و بیشترین نقش را در تاب آوری زنجیره تأمین ناب نسبت به سایر عوامل دارد.</p>
